SunBuild Grand Fondo Event Review

The 10th edition of the Sunbuild Top End Gran Fondo rolled out successfully on July 25. Luckily for participants and organisers, the event was held in-between the two lockdowns in the Northern Territory and attracted record numbers of 800 across the six distances. While interstate numbers were impacted, large numbers from WA and SA made the trip to take in the tropical dry season weather. 150 then enjoyed the Rouvy 25km eRace a week later, from around the world which saw a gamified experience for riders to race strangers from the safety of their smart trainer at home.
